How do I purchase tickets

All tickets can be purchased online or in person. Purchasing online prior to visiting is always best as it allows you to confirm a time slot to be open. Just simply select the date and time and amount of tickets you would like to purchase in check out.

Do we need to arrive early

Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your booking. If you turn up late, you may be denied the entire play time due to capacity limitations.

What are the age requirements

All guests should be able to wear and maintain a VR headset without issues. We do not have an age limit, however the preferred age is 8+. We take pride in creating fun for the whole family and want to make sure everyone has a good time during their visit.

Do children require a chaperone

Yes. Any child 6-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is 18+ years of age. We are located at two locations:

I've never done VR should I be scared

Absolutely not! We have excited and passionate game masters who are excited about gaming and love to share with you. They are highly trained to help guests with each experience from the time you enter our doors up until the time you leave. Our goal is for you to have a blast and tell all your friends. That's exactly what we intend to do.

What do I wear

VR is a very fun and active experience. Dress comfortably. No heels allowed, you will be asked to take them off.

I wear glasses, do I need to remove them for VR

Our headsets are adjustable for everyone to wear and there is no need to take off your glasses.
